International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research (IJVNR) is an international peer-reviewed open
access journal. IJVNR is hosted by Chinese Nutrition Society(CNS), co-hosted by the Federation of Asian
Nutrition Societies(FANS) and their affiliated research institutions, owned and published by IMR Press.
IJVNR Established in 1962, it has a history of 60 years so far.
Aims & Scope
The aim of IJVNR is official research publication of CNS and FANS, to encourage scientists publishes
manuscripts that advance knowledge across a wide range of research and practice issues in nutrition and
health. Including original research papers covering all aspects of basic research and applied research,
experimental in human nutrition and other animal species; special articles such as reviews, consensus
and
guidelines and issues, opinions, and supplements and symposia, Letters to the Editor, or commentaries on
controversial issues in nutrition.
IJVNR focuses on the nutrition and health of manuscripts that address human, animal, population,
cellular,
and molecular nutrition. especially interested in publishing manuscripts that advance the understanding
the mechanism of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and plant components, and its function and
application, nutritional pharmacology; Diet and health research including basic and clinical nutrition,
nutrition in prevention and therapy, dietetics, nutritional epidemiology; new analysis technology , big
data and intelligence, function product research and development, nutrition care and health service,
etc.
As well as on behavioral and psychological aspects.
